Lets take a trip back to September, shall we? I'm trying to embrace the current cold but really love the warmth that comes with the end of Summer. Jasmine and Dan's September wedding with a host of wonderful Windsor and Essex County venues was epic. It is one that I will definitely remember.

After getting ready we headed over to The Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast for their first look and portraits. It was so hard to narrow down a few photos that tell the story when there are so many beautiful shots. After their creative portrait session they had a beautiful ceremony in Willistead Manor's outdoor garden, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Then finished the day at Mezzo Ristorante & Lounge for a fun party and delicious food!

Make sure to check out and follow the vendors below, so many local goodies!

During a time when a farm needed a name, the Beattie family farm was affectionately titled, Corner Meadows. When you walk into Ashlee's grandmother's home, it is teaming with love and nostalgia spills out of every room. If only the walls could talk! Thankfully many family members were happy to share stories of the generations growing up at Corner Meadows. It was Ashlee's dream that their wedding take place at her family's farm. As she shared with me their story, I won't forget this quote, "I don't know if you've ever loved a land, but I love this land."

Ashlee and Randal didn't want to meet one another at the aisle or have a first look, they wanted to enjoy the whole day together. That meant getting ready together too. After Randal was all suited up, Ashlee walked in and whispered "he's so handsome". A few moments later as the busied on, he looked at her sitting on the bed, before her hair was done or her dress was on and said, "she's so beautiful". It was clear to me then that we were in for a great day. They are head over heels for one another! Of course the obligatory pre-game selfie was in order.

They were married in a small grove on the property where their family had planted trees through the years. Trees planted for special occasions and to remember key family members who have passed on. It was the perfect place to say their vows. Not a dry eye in the grove. I loved the addition of the "bird seed maiden" instead of a flower girl. Throwing seeds for the birds during the recessional!

All of the most important people gathered to celebrate after the ceremony; sharing stories, laughing and crying. It was truly an honour to witness such a tender union... a wedding that I won't forget anytime soon.

Congratulations Ashlee & Randal, wishing you a lifetime of new memories in your own home!

I've been wanting to blog this wedding for some time now. It was the perfect finish to my 2017 wedding season because I LOVE authentic people and offbeat weddings. Brittney & Jared are just that, authentic and so perfectly adorable. They truly love one another and they're just real. You know what I mean? A little bit of an out of the box wedding but still with tons of class.

I love weddings in quirky locations, doing regular things. This wedding was held in the White Room at Water's Edge Event Centre. They somehow manage to make a basement look fabulous! Perfect for an offbeat wedding. Then we wandered around Walkerville for their photos, making everyday locations our targets.

Make sure to scroll all the way to the end for Brittney & Jared's Vendor list and link to their engagement session.

Jordan and Randy have become one of my favourite couples. They are so perfect together and I'm pretty sure I teared up at least three times on their wedding day! If you love dogs and adorable First Looks, you definitely need to scroll through the photos below. Their adorable Boston Terrier, Dillon, not only attended their wedding but he even signed their wedding certificate. He would've stolen the show if it wasn't for how beautiful inside & out Jordan is, and how much Randy absolutely adores her. The way he looks at her is magic. Not to mention their style is spot on!

For their first look, they were surrounded by beautiful gardens just off of the water, at the Sycamore House in Kingsville. It is a gorgeous and intimate spot. The rest of their day was held at Mastronardi Estate Winery in Kingsville Ontario, where a team of amazing professionals takes care of everything from the decorating to the food.
